At Joanne's E-Stim Emporium, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn, tagged apparel. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate accessories and body-contact items must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
